I collect two types of information to improve these Excel/Sheets tutorials: Personal Information (that can identify you) and Non-Personal Information (anonymous data).

Name (if you include it in feedback messages)

I never ask for sensitive information like phone numbers, addresses, or payment details.

1.2 Non-Personal Information

I automatically collect anonymous data to understand how people use the site, including:

Browser type (e.g., Chrome, Safari) and device (e.g., laptop, phone)
Which tutorials you read (e.g., "Excel VLOOKUP guide") and how long you stay
Search terms you use on the site (e.g., "how to sort data")
General location (just country/region, never your exact address)

This data comes from Google Analytics and is always anonymous—It can't be used to identify you personally.

2. How I Use Your Information

I use the information I collect for these specific reasons:

To reply to your feedback or questions (e.g., emailing you when I publish a guide you requested)
To improve the site (e.g., creating more tutorials on topics people search for most)
To fix problems (e.g., updating a guide that many users say has an error)
Future use: If I add ads (likely through Google AdSense), I may use anonymous browsing data to show relevant ads (you can opt out of this—see section 4)

I never sell, share, or rent your personal information to anyone. Your email stays with me and is only used to respond to you.

3. Cookies and Tracking

I use "cookies" (small text files) to make the site work better for you. Here's what they do:

Control ad tracking: If I add ads later, you can adjust settings at Google Ad Settings

5. Changes to This Policy

I'll update this policy if I add new features (like ads) or change how I use data. When I do, I'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. The new policy will apply to all information I have.
